It seems the Mobile Number Portability for Nigeria which just kicked off yesterday April 23rd 2013 is already paying off just few few hours after its launch. MTN has now reduced the price of their BlackBerry Complete monthly plan, from N1,500 to N1,000.
This comes after Etisalat Nigeria just reduced their’s this past week to N1,000. The plan allows for only 1 email account and no support for BlackBerry protect service.

The access code is still the same; Text BBC to 21600. Or optional you can use the USSD code *123*2*1*3#.
The full BIS plan would now go for N1,500.
