This competition between the major Telecom operators is really paying of. In recent weeks, Etisalat, MTN and Airtel all made price and data allowance changes to their BlackBerry data plans. Now MTN has started off that which is gonna benefit non-Blackberry users.
MTN Nigeria has now released two new data plans which are cheaper compared to the daily plan of N100 capped at N10MB. The N150 plan and the N200 plan. The N150 plan is capped at 25MB while that of N200 is capped at N50MB.
You can subscribe to the N150 plan by dialing *112# or the N200 plan by dialing *113#.
I’ll be expecting a response to this from other networks.
